This Privacy Policy explains how TU TV Player handles information in the app and on this website. Please replace the operator details below with your legal business name before publishing if TU TV Player is operated under a different entity.
1. Information you provide
When you connect a playlist, you may provide an Xtream host, username, password, or an M3U playlist source. The app uses this information to connect to the provider you choose and load channels, movies, series, and program information.
2. Information stored on your device
TU TV Player stores app settings, profiles, favorites, playback history, playlist details, and related preferences locally so the app can work and remember your choices. Provider passwords are stored using Apple Keychain services. The app may store downloaded media when you use an available download feature.
3. iCloud sync
If you use iCloud sync, profiles, provider account metadata, favorites, playback history, and preferences may be synchronized through Apple CloudKit. This feature is controlled by your Apple Account and device settings. TU TV Player does not use your iCloud data for advertising.
4. Purchases
Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. TU TV Player does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may process purchase information under its own privacy policy.
5. Provider services and links
The app connects to playlist and media provider URLs that you enter or select. Those providers may collect information under their own policies. Review the terms and privacy policy of any provider before connecting it. TU TV Player does not control provider content or data practices.
6. Website data
This website is intended to be a simple informational site. It does not intentionally use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Netlify may process standard technical request data when it hosts this site, such as IP address, browser, and request logs, under Netlify’s policies.
7. Your choices
You can remove playlists, profiles, and app data through the app or by deleting the app. You can disable iCloud or limit access through Apple device settings. To ask a privacy question or request help with your information, email support@tutvplayer.com.
8. Children
TU TV Player is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
