Does TU TV Player provide TV channels or movies?
No. TU TV Player is a player and organizer for playlists and services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the content and provider accounts you connect.
Which playlist formats are supported?
The app supports Xtream accounts and M3U playlists. Provider compatibility can vary, so contact your provider if a playlist does not load.
How do I manage Premium?
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through your Apple Account. Open your device Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to review or cancel a subscription.
How do I request an account or data action?
Email support@tutvplayer.com from the address you want us to use. We may need enough information to identify your request, but do not send passwords or payment details.
