1. The service

TU TV Player is an iOS media player and playlist organizer. It may let you connect authorized Xtream accounts or M3U playlists, browse available media, play streams, save favorites, track playback, and use related organization tools.

2. Your content and authorization

TU TV Player does not provide, host, sell, or endorse channels, movies, series, or other media. You must only connect playlists and services that you are legally entitled to access. You are responsible for your provider account, the content you access, and compliance with applicable laws and provider terms.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping provider credentials and your Apple Account secure. Do not share passwords through support. You must promptly stop using a playlist if you no longer have permission to access it.

4. Premium purchases

Some features may require TU TV Premium, including multiple profiles, additional playlist organization, iCloud sync, parental controls, and offline downloads. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, and cancellation are shown in the app and handled through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use TU TV Player to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unauthorized content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, or misuse another person’s credentials.

6. Availability and third parties

Playback depends on your device, network, provider, playlist, and third-party services. We do not guarantee that a stream, guide, provider, or feature will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

TU TV Player, its software, design, and original materials are owned by the app operator or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for provider content, stream availability, playlist accuracy, or losses caused by unauthorized access to a provider account. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change the app as it develops. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
